How soon can I expect to receive my order?

We begin working on your order as soon as we receive it (i.e., we make it to order). At this time, all orders ship within three weeks of purchase via standard UPS. Please contact us at if you have a specific deadline you would like us to meet.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% thrilled with your Wolf & Irving products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your products for a refund or store credit.

If you are unhappy with your purchase within the first week of receipt, we will refund your purchase in the form of original payment or online store credit. Our policy lasts two weeks. If over 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that Gift Cards are not available for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping: To return your product, email us at and we'll provide you a shipping label for your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Why "Wolf & Irving"?

We named the company after Erin's grandfathers, Wolf and Irving. Since we are making a product to be used with family and friends, it seemed right to name the company in memory of beloved family members.

How do I care for my Wolf & Irving table linens?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Cool iron if necessary.
